Clients must provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and necessary access (such as website or Google Business Profile access) for us to deliver services effectively.
Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing services.
SEO and digital marketing results depend on multiple factors including search engine algorithm changes, competition, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings or timelines, but we commit to transparent, ethical, white-hat practices.
Any website, content, or creative work delivered becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as specified in the service agreement.
